Job Summary	We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with hands-on experience in service, maintenance, or production departments, specifically with Stretch Blow PET Moulding Machines. The candidate will undergo structured training and will later be responsible for travelling to client sites across South India for service support
Key Responsibilities	• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Machines. • Conduct regular service visits and preventive maintenance at client locations. • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. • Maintain documentation of service reports, spare parts usage, and machine performance. • Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and ensure smooth customer support. • Provide on-site training and guidance to client operators when required. • Travel across South India based on service requirements..
Required Skils & Experience	• 3–5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or production roles. • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. • Experience with Stretch Blow PET Moulding Machines is highly preferred. • Must have a proactive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Training Details	• The selected candidate must stay in Ahmedabad for 6 months to 1 year for detailed machine and process training. • Company will provide: o Flat Accommodation o Food Allowance o Other Basic Facilities & Support • After training, deployment will be for field service across South India.

Job Summary	We are seeking a passionate and skilled Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC & Motion Control Programming, HMI development, and automation system maintenance. This role involves working closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver reliable and efficient automation solutions for plastic machinery.
Key Responsibilities	• Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment and systems. • Understand mechanical equipment functions and define I/Os. • Develop and debug PLC & Motion Control programs. • Design and configure HMI programs and user interfaces. • Provide remote online support for automation systems. • Implement and monitor data logging and analytics systems. • Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to improve automation processes. • Apply mechatronics principles in system design and integration. • Exposure to robotics, AI, or machine learning is an added advantage.

Location	Vatva (Company will be shifting to Pirana, Ahmedabad in 2–3 years)
Job Overview	We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator with strong knowledge of machine operations, program adjustments, and precision machining. The candidate will be responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining VMC machines to ensure accurate and high-quality production as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities	• Operate and set VMC machines as per daily production requirements • Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions. • Perform tool offset, program selection, and minor program adjustments. • Ensure optimal machine performance and report issues to supervisors. • Maintain production logs and follow standard operating procedures. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
